Property Check/Present Owner Update:
 A complete search of all deeds and encumbrances, such as mortgages, liens, judgments, etc. to be found on record (from date of purchase to present). All related information is compiled into a comprehensive report complete with recording dates, tax assessments, and flood information.

Document Retrieval:
Copies of any requested document recorded in the specified county Registry of Deeds can  be searched and obtained.

UCC Search:
A report based on information searched at the Secretary of State’s Office, UCC Division on all non-chattel property will be prepared and will include debtor, secured party, property encumbered and recording dates.

Document Preparation:
 A full Exhibit A will be prepared to complete your mortgage for recording.

Document Recording:
 Record an original copy of a mortgage, deed, subordination agreement, assignment, affidavit or other document for recording at the specified county Registry of Deeds. Notification of recorded information (book, page, document number, and date) will be provided upon completion.

A complete search of property ownership encompassing the past forty years will be conducted and a report detailing chain of title will be provided.

 Background/Pre-Employment Search:                                                                                                                                          Signed Authorization of Applicant is Required. Service includes verification of education attainment, past and present employment, clearance of legal/public records (where available), contacting personal references and obtaining a personal credit profile.

A detailed search for requested subject’s real estate, UCC filings, and motor vehicle registration information.

Locate Report:
 Based on provided information such as subject's name, last known address, and any other identifying information (such as social security number, date of birth, etc.), a thorough attempt will be asserted to locate your subject’s current address.
